THRL expanding & improving

As part of our commitment to improving the tophorse website, we are continuing to add new sections and tweak what we currently have. Expect a few new sections some of which have launched such as the Sites Indepth section & a section detailing all the new additions to our links database. Those of you with your ear to the ground may have already heard of horse racing analyst and betting researcher David Renham. David, a mathematics teacher by trade built his racing reputation on his excellent home published book 'Bias 2001' which was the most comprehensive study of how to make betting profits from knowlege of the effect of the draw in UK flat racing. Although now out of print Dave will send visitors a free electronic version of this book which I highly recommend.

Following publication of his works Dave received many requests for his thoughts and views on the days racing. This resulted in the birth of www.Drawn2Win.co.uk which is a low cost racing advisory service with a growing reputation of success. Each day Dave emails clients a comprehensive analysis of the races he is interested in that day.

There are various forms of firm account bet types listed. There are system type bets based on Dave's research of many years of past racing data. In addition there are futher bets based upon Dave's knowlege of racing. These take into account speed figures, knowledge of the draw, individual horse and trainer preference and the critical element for long term profit, a value price.

The site claims a net profit of 74 points for last years flat season which is an excellent long term profit.

I have been monitoring Dave's advice for the winter season and am happy to tell you that yet again the service has been excellent. As I type today on the 7th January 2002 there have been 53 account bets and a net profit of 35 points to advised stakes.The advised stakes are more often than not a single point but sometimes he plays with a bit of caution and advises a half point bet.
